Upgrade your RC to handle extreme modifications with our Arrma 8s Dual 50mm Fan Kit. Designed to combat overheating from performance enhancements like speed pinions or larger tires, this bolt-on adapter kit allows for the installation of two 50mm aluminum fans, ensuring your motor stays cool and your bashing goes longer. Choose the kit with or without fans to suit your needs, compatible with the factory Arrma 4685 heatsink.
Kit Includes:
- Optional Dual 50mm Rocket Fans (available in silver/black or red/black, depending on stock)
- Adapter plate with brass threaded inserts for easy mounting
- Finned Rock Guard for added protection
- 2-1 Y harness adapter for easy electrical connection
- All necessary stainless mounting hardware, zip ties, and stickers
Installation Guide:
- Remove the stock fan and grill from the heat sink.
- Attach the adapter plate using four M4x8mm bolts.
- Depending on your chosen rock guard:
- For the Flat Rock Guard: Secure it over both fans with eight M4x22mm flanged head bolts.
- For the Velocity Stack Rock Guard: Fasten each fan with two M4x18mm bolts and install the guard with four M4x28mm bolts.
- Connect each fan to the 2-1 Y harness adapter, ensuring the +Positive aligns with the arrow on the plug, then plug into the stock ESC fan plug, observing polarity.
- Organize and secure the fan wires with the provided zip tie.
- Power on the ESC to test fan function; if a fan does not start, check all connections and reverse the plug if necessary.
