Arrma 6s 40Forty Dual Fan Kit: Double the Cooling, Double the Performance
Take your RC's performance to new heights with our Dual 40mm Aluminum Fan Kit. Designed to combat overheating during intense runs, this kit includes everything you need for a straightforward, bolt-on upgrade. Select from our Finned Rock Guard or the sleek Velocity Stack Rock Guard, available with or without the fans, to suit your setup and style.
Kit Includes:
- Optional Dual 40mm fans (available in silver/black or red/black, depending on availability)
- Adapter plate with brass threaded inserts for mounting to the stock Arrma 4074 heat sink
- Choice of Finned Rock Guard or Velocity Stack Rock Guard
- 2-1 Y harness adapter for easy electrical connection
- All necessary stainless mounting hardware, zip ties, and stickers
Confirmed Fitment:
- Compatible with Fireteam 6s, Infraction 6s, Notorious 6s*, Outcast 6s*, Mojave 6s, and Kraton 6s models (*models with Arrma 4074 heat sink, some exclusions apply)
Installation Guide:
- Remove the stock fan and grill from the heat sink.
- Attach the adapter plate using four M3x8mm bolts.
- Depending on the guard:
- For the Finned Rock Guard: Place over both fans and secure with eight M3x16mm flanged head bolts.
- For the Velocity Stack Rock Guard: Secure each fan with two M3x12mm bolts and install the guard with four M3x22mm bolts.
- Connect each fan to the 2-1 harness adapter, ensuring correct polarity, and plug into the stock ESC fan plug.
- Organize and secure fan wires using the provided zip tie, routing them to avoid moving parts.
- Power on the ESC to test fan function; if a fan does not start, reverse the plug and retry.
- For Fireteam models, adjust the heat sink to approximately 28° from horizontal for body clearance.
